  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, wrong size, or wrong product delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that show signs of wear and tear.
  • Items purchased during sale or discount offers (unless defective).

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is available for size or color variations of the same product (subject to stock availability).
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
