Refunds are accepted only for products that are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for a refund. Customized or discounted items are also non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
