Cancellation Policy

At Gisnoch, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact our customer support at info@Gisnoch.com with your order details.

2. Order Already Dispatched:

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return request after the product is delivered, following our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Prepaid Orders:

In case of successful cancellation before dispatch, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, COD orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Company Rights:

Gisnoch reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect shipping information. In such cases, customers will be notified, and refunds (if any) will be processed promptly.
